This Inflatable bag is quite tall for a inflatable punching bag (5feet 2inches) just right for me :-)

It is not a good bag for practicing sweeping kicks.
Punching the bag will cause it to bend back and come back a second later. Unlike a heavybag, this bag you can not do rapid multiple punches since the bag will bend back and come back second later.

You do not need gloves or wraps for this since its very soft to the hands, it's like punching a plastic balloon. you can punch it as hard as you like without hurting your hands.

The base is filled with A LOT of water, which will provide ample support during strong punches. attempting to do a sweep kick will cause the base to move a foot or two.

It's quite portable, because it is not too heavy, it can be moved from room to room with ease. although the inflating process takes about 10-15 minutes of good pumping using a hand/foot pump. This could be substituted with an air compressor. I have not yet deflated it, but I would assume deflating will take at least 5-10 minutes.

Overall, this bag is great for average non-fighters looking to release some stress or doing some exercise without having the need to put on gloves. Furthermore because it is easy to move to put out of the way.

I would not recommend this to serious athletes, primarily because it is like hitting a plastic balloon instead of a heavy bag (simulating a person).

For a inflatable punching bag, I would rate this as 5 out of 5 stars comparing to only other inflatable punching bags.
