I brought these guys for offer protection from my kicks. first. I found that the kicks provide great protection. The padding is thick enough for me to do my regular kicks with confidence that I'm not doing too much damage to them. Now for the bads. I found that just after one light sparing day (3 matches, 3 mins rounds) the bottom parts around the toes area are starting apart. I do not think that these pad would last 3-4 more sparing days, or at least with me at least. I also found that these weren't that comfortable and often loose around the heel area for some quick foot movement around the ring. I just wish these guys are more durable at the bottom.
