You could definitely use two at the same time if you were inclined to. However, these models are not the lightest so it might be tougher to whip them around acrobatically.

when you are using two broadswords you would want to use specifically designed broadswords called double broadswords the handles of the double broadswords are cut in half's vertically and are usably kept in the sheath to surprise the enemy so the do not know you are holding two broadswords this sword can be use in doubles but you wont get the same effect as if you were using double broadswords
