I love this set except for the finger grips at the top of the hand set. The grips themselves are a little weak compared to others that I've tried, and my index finger and pinky finger almost slide out of the open slots.

Other than that, this is a really solid set that makes you feel protected. It's nice and comfortable (as far as sparring gear goes).

If you want a more solid mouth guard to go with the set, I highly recommend any of Shock Doctor's mouthguards with the gel lining. Your teeth will feel as cushioned as the rest of your body. If you take a hit to the face/mouth, your teeth aren't going anywhere with that baby on to protect you!
