I ordered 2 Deluxe Escrima sticks and a case. First of all, when my order was shipped, the case was sent but the sticks were left out. Not quite sure how they managed to only remember 1 of the three items on the packing slip; perhaps it had something to do with the shape of the box they chose to ship my item in--overly large for the small (folded) case, but no way long enough to accommodate two 26" sticks... Anyways, the company was at least prompt in responding to my complaint that I did not receive my full order, although I got the impression that they did not believe me (just because you claim the order has been marked as "complete" in your system does not mean it was done properly...). They did send new sticks, which I appreciate, but they were a real pain to finally get, since they were sent through the regular mail w/ Delivery Confirmation and I needed to go to the Post Office to track them down. When I finally got the darn things, I was very disappointed to see that the two sticks were markedly different in diameter. Yes, I understand they are wood and will not be a perfect match, but these aren't even close! (And everyone else in my martial arts class that already owns sticks seems to have had no problems in getting matching sticks.) Also, a few people have mentioned the annoying sticker, and I will agree that that was an additional headache. I honestly did not think it was worth it to go through the trouble of sending the sticks back (which would require me to pay the shipping), so I will use them, but I am highly unsatisfied with the whole experience and probably will not be ordering from this company again.
