I ordered 4 of these sticks based on the reviews and price. I will say the shipping was prompt and the packaging was very good. When I took them out of the box, they looked good; all same diameter, with only one of the sticks being significantly heavier than the other three. However, I broke one the first night of training. I sent an email to customer support (nine days ago) with pictures but no response. I called customer service (three days ago) and after being on hold for quite some time was given the opportunity to leave a message which I did. Still no call back. I broke the second stick last night and have no desire to bring the other two into the school. Very disappointed in product and lack of responsiveness by Karate Depot.
