Customer Question of the Fighting Fit Bag Gloves
$0.00
On Sale: $19.95
$19.95

The only size available is the regular. How would I know if this would fit or be too big? I'm a girl that will be using it for sparring but also for punching the bag. I'm assuming since it is just one size it is sized for a man.

You're correct - this is considered a generically sized glove. In order to keep the cost down while still providing a good product the manufacturer uses a general size to appeal to most users. If you like this style and price point, I recommend also grabbing a pair of handwraps (either cotton wrap up or gel prewrap style): http://www.karatedepot.com/boxing-accessories.html. This will give you extra padding and fill in that extra space between your hand and the glove.
