Nunchaku Forms with Master Young Kil Song has many challenging forms to learn. There are 2 forms to lean, one single Nunchaku and the other double Nunchaku. The single Nunchaku has 3 segments and as you go through segments they get more challenging. The double Nunchaku form is very challenging and gives anyone serious about learning Nunchaku something to study. Highly recommended but do not buy this product without Master Young Kil Song's Nunchaku video. It has some very important basics that they cover that you will need for the Nunchaku form video.
