It looks like a nice focus mitt, and I really liked it at the beginning. It is small and light, has the curve to help keep it on the hand, and the center target. But after a month, my lightest, weakest hitter popped the seam around the white circle, center target. I was stunned at how little we were using it against how quickly it tore. We had probably put less than 500 punches into it and that includes small children, and already we have to use duck tape to hold it together.
If it didn't pop the seam - I would say this is a good focus target even for a heavy handed hitter, because it allows for the trainer to move around and throw punches at the hitter - making for a better workout.
