My boyfriend and I ordered the Door Gym from Karate Depot about six months ago and the results we have seen are fantastic! We not only feel stronger, but the visible results are definitely there. I love that you don't have to screw it into the wall--it just sits in the threshold. I was worried that it may feel unsteady but it's never slipped or moved once since we hung it up. We ordered the Ab Loops and they are a bit uncomfortable for smaller arms (I have to line them with towels), but my boyfriend has no complaints. If they had had the Ab Straps for sale when we bought it, I'd have gotten those instead. But I would recommend the Door Gym (and Karate Depot) to anyone!!!
