Buddy and I were looking for an adventure, found some Macho gear, started owning! I sit at 138lbs, he's round 165. that's 15lbs of beat down I don't have. With this vest, even tho the blows rain in heavy, stick hard and throw me round a bit... nothing! keep your hands up like you should to protect your clavicles (vest padding stops there) and you can spar into the sunset. -worth every dollar my friends -great customer support/service. 5 star -I recommend the gloves too 5 star
