Base was cracked

I probably would send it back except it was birthday present from a family member.When I put it together I noticed a huge crack in between the screw holes on the base.Im just gonna epoxy it...but I wouldn't recommend anybody else order this particular product,matter of fact since this is the first order from this site I probably won't be ordering from here again.

Hi mc13m. Very sorry to hear about that crack, especially since it was a gift. If you'd like we would be happy to arrange an exchange for you (keep it in mind if the epoxy doesn't take).

I don't know if the crack developed during product production or shipping, but that doesn't really matter. We hope you'll try us again as faulty products are by no means the norm or accepted as part of our process.

Ok,im gonna send it back tomorrow,I put it together and the crack is too big around the part that connects the base to the bag.Id like the same one,just without a crack.
