its quite an amazing staff honestly.
though i wouldnt use it for practice until you have proper control of its power, because i GUARANTEE putting 2% of your strength into a strike with that staff is MORE than enough to knock someone out.
trust me... i would know... i did XMA with it.... i was out for 3 days.
wasnt too pretty, haha. but i love it to death.

Don't listen to sean. although it is a powerful weapon itd take more than 2% to knock someone out.

Its a solid staff and can be used for heavy sparring, although can break if you are striking solid objects over and over. Sean is right, I can thrust this bo with 18% of my strength and deliver a deadly blow. This is a very powerful weapon when weilded properly.
