This is a perfect way to become more accurate and with a target as durable as this it can't get better. Plus because it's foam over wood, anything that you throw into it comes out easier than if you threw it into wood!
It's a little hard to throw, I haven't found a way that gives you a 100% chance of having it stick. But otherwise it sticks well and deep.
