This is the most comfortable gi I have ever worn in all my years of practice. The material and weave is soft and flexible so it’s comfortable, but it’s thick enough to give some padding and be durable. The single weave is warm enough for cold winter days, but cool enough for summer practice. You can easily spend twice as much for a gi elsewhere, but I would say, why bother! Note: I would recommend buying any gi on the larger size, so you can dry it on high heat. It’s too easy for an air dried gi to get moldy, or still be damp when you want to practice again.
