I bought these to practice with..because ive always been interested in nunchucks and wow they're awesome. They are very solid, made very professionaly for a cheap price....they hold up to all the damage you can put out on it...the only thing wrong is the black dragons wore off after a while...but i could care less about that. The chucks are the important part...and they dont even hurt when you hit yourself...good chucks for kids and adults to practice with.

I bought this knife along with the rubber gun for my krav maga training. Thank you is all I can say karate depot delivers with the best practice knife money can buy. the best training knife I've ever used by far, any one taking self defense classes it doesn't get better than this a hard plastic and perfect for training. It doesn't break ive actually tried to break it and I cant it stands up to all kinds of punishments....hitting the ground, being thrown to the ground and being disarmed very violently...its perfect....please buy it its worth every penny.

I just bought two of these guns for my krav maga training and wow they are perfect.The yellow color also compliments it for easy training vison and outside training(so the people dont think you have real weapons).....anyone training any kind of self defense or krav maga...this gun is a must have and the boot training knife compliments it also very nicely
