I was so excited to get this for my son for Christmas so he could display his hard work. When I received it, there was NO flags, the embossed dragons looked nice until they nailed them on, and then there was a smug mark on the wood, almost like someone put their thumb on it before it was dry. I am so disappointed in this product and I feel cheap giving it to my son when I spent $25 on something that looks like a dollar shop item!

I agree. It definitely looks like a dollar store item. I also returned i- The pieces of wood that hook together are very thin and plywood looking- the hooks that are screwed into the wood are screwed in at different lengths- so the levels hang crooked and some of the screw hooks broke off completely and there were no directions. The only good thing was that the Karate Depot took it back gracefully and credited my account with no problem.

The KD site is nto allowing more ratings to be added, but I woudl give it a 2. The part is more like a $5 item. What seems worse is that the quality problem with the metal eye screws that were in another belt display is also present in this one. The open eye screws hook onto the closed eye screws have been mixed up, and there are not enough eye screws to hook - so some of the slats are unusable. It would seem it is the same manufacturer. I have requested a replacement. I have not heard anything back from KD.
