These chucks aren't so durable and you may have to restring them to get to your required length but they are good for combat. All I can say is buy ball bearing chain chucks it may not be as quiet as traditional ones but you'll like them alot better

It is true what they say;You get what you pay for; The staff to me is to thick but don't get me wrong after using this for about a week then switching to a lighter bo my speed has improved

I couldn't believe the weight when it came in. I'd say it weighs 1 or 2 lbs, which was great for me since all the other bo staffs i've practiced with weighed about 5-10 lbs. This staff is definitely worth $34.95. I'll be buying another one
