These nunchucks are easy to handle because the rubber foam gives more grip but the foam does rip and that is why i deducted a star. I also have these with ball bearings and its great to learn and really inexpensive
I bought a pair of these in vancouver and they are easy to use but there is a fair amount of friction between the hand and the handle which makes it a little bit harder to turn like when you turn it to protect your arm but i do recommend these tonfas.
