I recently started back into Taekwondo after a 20 year layoff due to an injury. Prior to stopping I was a 2nd degree Black Belt with many years of intense training with a special enthusiasm for sparring. Everything fit great, and the chest protector is extremely comfortable, and does not inhibit any of my movement, PLUS I can get it on and off by myself easily.
