I got these for XMas from my fiance', and I've been very happy with them. The rotation is smooth, and the balance is very good. I like them because they are beefier, both in size and weight than a lot of other chucks I've tried, but not excessively so. My only complaint about them is that the shiny finish chips fairly easily. The first move of my kata is a Block, Capture, Throw, and when crossing for the capture the first time, I knicked the surface a bit. I've been a little more gentle since, and it hasn't been a problem.

I'ma big guy (6'1'', 325lbs), and it's been difficult to find a Gi that fit really well. The Century Gi jacket was fairly comfortable (and I still use it) but the pants were far too small for someone with a ~50'' waist.



These have plenty of room, and the large gusset in the pants gives me plenty of room for kicks and evades without binding or getting in my way. It also has a beautifully crisp SNAP on a solid kick, a big improvement from the lightweight pants I've been using.



The jacket as well has more room, and gives me better range of motion. Now I just need to get all my school patches for it =)
