Extra padding surrounds the ears but still allows for full hearing. Cheek guards help to protect the face while elastic strapping loops around the top and back of the head ensure a secure fit.

Love it. Excellent visibility, Very snug, fits great and does not move around. Feels very well made. It was the head gear my muay thai instructor said I had to get and I have not been disappointed.
