The ultimate wall mount heavy bag hanger. Hanger arm retracts and swings in to wall to move the bag out of the way when not in use. Easy spring-loaded pop pin and crank knob adjustments. Arm protrudes out 36" for 360 degree movement around heavy bag while working out. Heavy duty gauge steel mounts easily into masonry or wood stud walls. Holds heavy bags up to 250 lbs. Wall mounting hardware not included.
