This unique bag from Everlast has a longer, thinner shape making it ideal for practicing low kicks and strikes. The thick durahide covering and the foam filler absorbs impacts enabling this bag to sustain repeated and even excessive use. The bag weighs 25 pounds and is a great tool for younger and more experienced practitioners alike. The bottom of the bag can be tied down to prevent swaying and it offers a more stable striking surface. Floor and Ceiling Attachments are included.
