A classic piece of equipment that has been time tested and proven. Able to take massive amounts of abuse and still perform great over many years.

Heavy bag training is a key way to build striking power, speed, and technique. Bag routines have become standard for martial artists of all styles, including karate, tae kwon do, and boxing. The 70lb weight of the Powerhide provides enough stability so as to reduce wild swinging, yet still be light enough to provide feedback.

1" foam liner is provided to reduce hand injuries and normal wear and tear that occurs during bag training. Measurements for bag are 14" x 42". Chain and swivel are included.
