The system is composed of an inner bag made up of a 2" layer of poly-foam that not only adds protection but also provides a softer feel, and the outer bag, filled with a patented blend of fibers that absorbs shock and protects your hands from harmful jarring impacts. This bag comes complete with chains, "S" hooks, "D" rings and a swivel to hang it.
