This training set includes a pair of hand targets. The hand targets are made with an outer layer of "duraleather" synthetic leather. They are filled with 2" thick impact absorbing foam to offer superior protection. The full hand pocket on the back offers padded finger covering for additional protection and comfort.

This set also includes a pair of 6 ounce youth boxing gloves. The gloves are made from synthetic Duraleather and have been fully bound and sewn with thick nylon stitching. They also have a curved thumb and retainer to provide a more natural fist shape. This natural shape protects the wrist and fingers from harmful impacts and makes using the gloves more comfortable.

This is a great beginner MMA and boxing set designed specifically to help younger athletes develop their strength, speed and punching techniques.
