Excellent bottom. Flexible in middle, stable and flat on heel and toe. Very durable. I've been looking for a shoe like this for some time. Excellent turning capability. For slip-in shoes, fit well and are snug. Good for school hardwood, mat or carpet. Good for street wear as well. Order 1 size larger if you have wide feet. And they do fit wide feet! Something very difficult to find in any martial arts shoes! Permalink

These shoes have a great split sole with a smooth grip for turns. Very Comfortable!!!!! Permalink
