The shoes are comfortable, but I have not worn them yet in an intense workout yet. I am doing more teaching lately than working out.
I suggest you buy a 1/2 size bigger than your normal size.
The sole is already starting to wear after the first day.

I fell in love with these the moment I put them on. I am a teacher and these shoes are great! I wear them a lot! I also purchased the Adidias shoes... they aren't nearly as comfortable but will suffice for dojo work. But back to these...if you are looking for a shoe for everyday wear they are the best. I will definitely buy them again. I also wish they came in black! I'd own both. Permalink

I've always trained barefoot before, but I needed shoes for a new studio. I was concerned about the velcro closure, as opposed to laces, but they stayed on and tight. The shoes were very comfortable for several hours of training and did not get in the way of movements or twists at all. Permalink

Women's sportstyle shoe

This is a very comfortable shoe. It is light with some arch support. I wear it more than any other I own. This is the third pair I've owned. I only wish it came in black so it would blend as a street shoe. Permalink

Best Shoes EVERRR!!!

As a martial artist who demands comfortable, supportive shoes and a shoe-loving girlie girl, I can truly say that these shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet. They are more than ''lightweight''; they are barely there, yet the soles are supportive enough to walk in them all day. They are so cute, and the silhouette of the shoe is flattering from all angles, including the wearer's ''bird-eye view'', unlike many other ''athletic-casual'' style shoes. Basically, these shoes are functional, stylish, and they don't make your feet look big: a perfect 10!! Permalink
