We will accept all returns of new-condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered and with original packaging) merchandise, excluding opened jocks, groin protectors, mouth guards, videos, yoga and exercise mats, DVDs and CDs within 30 days of your receipt of the items. A full refund, minus our actual ship price (which is always more than $2.95) will be tendered, or a replacement can be requested. If a replacement is desired you are responsible for shipping the package back to us. For shipments to the lower 48 states you will only be charged $2.95 for the return shipment. For international shipments and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii you will be charged actual shipping costs. If the exchange is a result of a shipping error, we will ship a replacement ground at our expense.
Product packaging must be returned intact and the product's box must be covered and kept in new-condition. Putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the packaging will result in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item. If the return cannot be accepted the items will only be shipped back to the customer at the customer's cost.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice as well as a note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement. If you would like a replacement, please note exactly what size, color and item you would like as a replacement.
Once opened videos, DVDs and CDs cannot be returned.
In the event that an item is received damaged or the incorrect item is received, we will issue a prepaid UPS return label via email. You have ten business days in which to use the emailed label and return the merchandise at our expense.
After ten business days, the prepaid UPS label will expire and you will be responsible for the return shipping. If we do not receive your returnable item(s) within twenty business days, your credit card will be charged the amount of the unreturned item(s).
