All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
It's quick and easy to get an RMA number, but without one your return will likely not be processed.
To Obtain an RMA Number
1. Locate the order in your Order History
2. Click on the Request Return
You may return any item for Refund/Credit or Replacement for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 120 days. (This policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty.
