This product is close to amazing. It actually works exactly the way they say it will. I was not sure how this product would hold me up without being mounted on the door frame, but it does. Don't get me wrong you can't swing on it like monkey bars, but it works to an amazing potential for chin up and any other exercise listed on the instructions. I rated this product a (4) because it could be improved, but if that was the case it would not be as affordable. I think this is a great product at an exceptional price.
