I recently earned my privilege to spar at my martial arts school. The first session ended abruptly because my partner kicked me in the groin by accident. It still hurt. Now I have this thing and I wear it all the way thru classes. Its hardly noticeable. Cups have a come a long way since I was a kid 30 years ago.

I bought the Brain Pad Pro Plus mouthguard. It comes with its own case. The product copy doesn't explain that you have to cut the mouth guard to fit it in your mouth. I followed the directions and the thing never fit right. If I had known about the fitting difficulty and the fact that you have to cut off at least part of the plastic for a custom fit, I wouldn't have bought it. I have a $1.50 mouthguard from my karate instructor that works tons better. Save your money and go to a dentist if you want something better than the $1.50 variety.
