This is a high quality and comfortable headgear but the cheek protectors are incredibly small. They tend to not cover as much of your face as you would wish.

I just recieved this product, but I am already getting benefits from it. The guards are incredible for both sparring and bag use. Much more comfortable than bulky foam shoes and just as effective.

When I first recieved mine in the mail I was a bit suprised by how much smaller it actually was. I knew the dimensions but its size was still a little smaller than expected. It was just enough for my sparring gear. That being said, the bag is incredibly durable for being mesh.
