After using many different types of groin protection over the years, this is the most comfortable protection I have found so far, especially when having to wear it for long periods of time.

The DVD was excellent, and really helped me with some sparring techniques. It was a little expensive, but well worth it.

I don't know if I would call it ''Deluxe'' but it holds my 2 Escrima Sticks, but I wouldn't personally recommend it for anyone, because it's not really anything fancy, you could just put your Escrima Sticks in your Gear Bag if you wanted to.

All I have to say is this Gear Bag is HUGE!!! I didn't realize quite how big it was until I got it in the mail. It is almost too big, but I would highly recommend it for anyone that has a uniform, sparring gear, weapons, etc.!!
