These shoes really help protect my feet. My toes were always getting injured during sparring. Now I never have an issue of injury and much better support for jumping and landing. Another great thing is no more funky feet from the dojo floor. I wear clean white socks and have not had any foot issues. The shoes do grip the floor a bit too much at first but now they are just right. I am 51 years old and do not kick much during sparring so these shoes provide great foot support for my punches.

This is really lightweight. Feels like you don't have anything on.
No interference during leg chamber. Real easy to slip over the head. Looks great too.

I ordered the xp series full headgear with clear protective mask.
I ordered a Large and thought for sure it would fit, but it was extremely tight. Your chin fits in tight and can cause the whole headgear to feel tight. With all of the material that contacts your face and chin, it gets very hot. I was sweating just wearing it around the house.
Although I am sure it is a very protective headgear I passed this one along to my wife to use and I purchased a Standard Warrior headgear.
