These really work well for juniors. They are MUCH faster to get on than the sparring boots/shoes. They also really cut down on the shin hits kids commonly get when they both go up to kick at the same time.

My daughter has to wear shoes due to a foot issues, and we were not impressed by this shoe. The inside of the shoe by the heal is tearing and the shoe softened up around the toes so much that she cannot tighten it enough now. The Adidas shoes are much more worth the money.
