I purchased these pants because my current uniforms have shrunk and simply not held up. I'm glad it has a hip pocket on the right back side, which is really handy for days I'm teaching. These pants are very solidly constructed and hit the perfect balance of strength, durability, and ability to slide naturally when picking the legs up for kicks (no more grabbing the pant leg to pull it up during technical kicks - which is a no-no anyway).

The only drawback on the pants is that they are black but use a white drawstring (external in the front) which stands out. The belt can cover it up, but not completely. Just be aware of this.
