More comfort, more padding, and a more appropriate fit. These are your new favorite MMA Gloves. In addition to the 1" of knuckle padding, there is also extra mid-knuckle padding to prevent cuts during sparring. The sides of the gloves are padded in order to safely allow hammerfists during training. Above the wrist's fastening strap, the hammerfist padding has its own wrist strap for a very secure fit. These gloves are designed to pose no restriction whatsoever when opening and closing your fist. It is important to break in the specially constructed seam deep inside the knuckle padding. To do this, fold the glove in the shape of a fist with the palm down and padded fingers underneath. Place a moderately heavy weight on the glove for 15-30 minutes.

| To determine correct size, measure the distance across the lowest knuckles (the knuckles you punch with) of the 4 upper fingers (all the fingers except the thumb). Measure by laying knuckles flat on a ruler. If you'll be wearing with handwraps, measure with wraps on.
