This DVD series teaches you the art of Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate. Taught by Master Teruo Chinen, who studied directly under the founder of Goju-Ryu. Teruo not only teaches the 12 kata of Goju-Ryo, but also teaches several special exercises and techniques seldom seen beyond okinawa. Volume four features hojo undo, kururunfa kata, kigo undo-chi ishi (stone weights on a stick), seisan kata and kigu undo-tan (heavy log).
