Choy Li Fut is a traditional form of Kung Fu in the Shaolin Martial Art System that combines agile footwork and intricate hand techniques. Long and short punches, kicks, sweeps, takedown, and pressure point attacks are in involved.Cheng Yongfa, the 5th generation disciple of Choy Li Fut, teaches this unique form of kung fu primarily in English with some Cantonese movement names included.
