I just bought these, they came in quick and are sturdy. I love these, and I recommend them for anyone who wants to kick harder and faster. Also these can be used for punch kick combination training. Good deal.

I know these gloves are low priced so you shouldn't expect much but they were a lot worse than I thought. The gloves have very little foam, and the foam is real soft, I don't think it will provide much protection for you or your opponent. I don't think I can even do a back hand because there's no padding there.

I purchased this speed chucks for the size. It's concealable or more portable. I practiced on 12 inch chucks for a year and moved to these. The speed on these things are a huge increase. There are some new tricks I can do with these but also some new limits with shorter handles. I highly recommend these if you are planning on using them for self defense.
