This video demonstrates the basics of dressing and etiquette very well and can be followed very easily. For practical aspects of Kendo, this video was not basic enough for the novice to follow. If you are looking for step by step methods of strikes, moves and katas, then this video is not for you. It was very good to be able to get a general idea of what Kenso is all about, but lacked as an instructional guide. Permalink
