I've had these for 2 years, and I like them. They are light weight, comfortable and soft. There is a small bar in the gloves to help you grip the gloves. It has just the right amount of padding. My hand do get sweaty in them, but they are washable.

My girlfriend and I both use this to practice. It is balanced and has a good weight feel for both of us. However, there is no real grip, so we started getting callouses because we practiced a lot. I recommend applying a grip wrap (the same kind used on tennis rackets). It helped a lot.
