Q. Yep, these are real. I would suggest working them a little to toughen them up. However, these are as close to hand made you can get. BUT they aren't coated or heat treated so they will break or bend...if you know what you're doing, you can use them (although I prefer the smaller ones). If you want to make them your main throwers you need to heat and oil treat them. They are carbon- they will take it.

Anyway, these used to sell for a lot more becasue they had the word ninja in front of it. This is that same shoulder bag used for gear.It's mesh so u have to wrap your small stuff. Anyone who studies the art knows the value of this bag. It has the draw string tie as well, light weight, it's mentioned in a few "ninja" books. This the stash sack/ the throwaway sac. The one you toss over your shoulder and go...you either go mod or old school. Old school is cheaper and cooler! This is a must have for those on night training exercises..of course it does has other uses..ahem...laundry.

Q. I bought this target board so I could throw inside. I was worried shuriken, spikes, knives, and darts would bounce around the room and break things. At first the board was stiff and throwing objects had to be at full force in order to stay in the board, but after about a week the board really loosened up and now it is like butter. The board is a nice size, not to big, not to small, and it has both of the graphics displayed here. One side featuring ninja with scoring for playing games with other throwers, and the other side features the dragon, which is my preference. This is a great tool for training and accuracy practice.

Q. This sash was to thick, and stiff even after washing. I was also much to short. I ordered a large and I am an extremely small person, and this still barely wrapped around twice. I recommend looking around and getting specific length.

Q. I have the middleweight uniform in Black and am very happy with it. This one though did not come out in the same high quality. I washed it once to get some of the stiffness out and both the top and bottom have started to bauble (when the threads or fabric start to raise in like tiny loose balls). Also the sizing chart convinced me to go a size lower than my gut instinct (its been a while since i bought one and I had thought maybe the sizes had changed). Its fine for practicing twice a week, just not upto the usual high standards one comes to expect. As a general word of advice from someone who usually trains with a black gi. Stay away from all sources of dirt or possible dirt :). The white gis get dirty and stain very easily.

Q. It feels and looks good. The KD logo is large on the belt, much than the image. If you have a KD gi, then the logo is the same size on the belt.

Q. A good patch, the stitching looks good, the stuff around the edges is ok. I need to look back at the product description to work out whether this is a sewn or iron on patch. Its been a while since I've done the whole patch thing. Its about two inches from either end and is itching to be added to my Gi.
