These set of "butterfly swords" are probably the worst pieces of crap I've ever touched, and yes I realize they were only $29 but still. So what is so bad about them? Where do I begin? First of all one of them came with a slightly bent blade. Also these things are near impossible to weild, it says 2 lbs per sword but they feel much heavier. It's near impossible for me to do my forms with them. Forget flipping them of doing techniques other them butcher style wild swings because the weight of them just ruins it. The balance and dimention just seems way off. These things just suck. If you practice Wing Chun / Baat Jaam Dao form don't get these because they technically aren't even butterfly swords because the handle doesn't line up to the back of the blade. The only useful thing you could do with these is hang them over your fireplace or something.
