I got my green belt keychain in the mail yesterday, a full week early, and it went immediately onto my gym bag. It's a unique way of displaying your rank, without needing to haul around the actual belts.

When I took taekwondo, I didn't need to wear shoes for the class, so when I switched to a different style and shoes were required, I knew I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing my usual tennis shoes. I got these in the mail a full week early, and they are so incredibly light. Today in class, I forgot I was wearing them! I am really pleased with these shoes, though I would have preferred them in black.
