I was not sure on how it would fit. I can tell you that under or over pants it will not slip when doing high kicks or low stance. I have taken a few good kicks and did not drop to the ground like others. I suggest you wear with underware. I am able to wear this for entire class or match. times can be anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. buy this and you will not be sorry

I wear the guard for two or more hours and the only problem I have is that with vigorous kicking and low stances the guard tends to slip down a bit too far between the inner thighs making twists and close kneel uncomfortable. The guard offers good protection from accidental knee and hand strikes when grappling and sparring. I would not wear the guard over uniform pants because they bunch up and the guard does not fit properly.

Excellent protection, especially during a tournament and an excellent price. It is ideal when keeping a low stance and very comfortable when you must wear a groin protector for a long time (more than 1 hour).

Great product; the cup 'rocks' as it offers great protection-taking the hard shots and is contoured to fit well. Straps get a little uncomfortable at times but design allows for free movement. Holds up well under heavy use. Worth the investment.
