Much better than traditional supporter and cup

The shorts are tight. I'm a 34 waist and I got the 34-38 size L and it is tight, but so far so good. You do want this type of garment to be snug. It is less obtrusive compared to the supporters and cups I wore in HS...18 years ago, so compared to that it is much better.

Definitely buy the next size larger.

I am 5'9'' and 165 lbs. with a 30 inch waist and I bought the Adult Large 34-38 in. size procup with slider short and it fits perfect. Functionally the cup is fantastic! It is amazing how much better this is than the traditional jockstrap and cup. The cup is pliable and allows leg movement without the chafing you get with traditional cups, but it still provides great protection. I highly recommend it.

It was a battle with my 6 year old son to get him to wear his other cup because he said it was so uncomfortable. With this one it's a breeze. He loves it. He's a little stocky (about 62 lbs) so the teen size fits him ok in the waist but is long. So I would agree that you may want to buy a size larger if you are close to the next size.

This item is a high quality item although the sizes are not correct. I ordered the size for 30-34 and it didn't even come close to fitting. If you are in the 150-160 lbs. or 32-34 waste range I would go with the larger size.

This is a great item, very comfortable. If you're ''on the line'' on the chart, choose the bigger size. The best groin protector I've ever used.

When I put this cup on for the first time I was amazed. It was so comfortable and well designed I hardly knew it was there. It also seems to provide the same protection that a regular cup provides. You can do tight stances like the twist stance and others with no problem. I would recommend this cup to anyone who is looking for a more comfortable and dynamic design.
