This head gear is great. It provides good protection without really hindering visibility. The only thing is that it is a little tight on my chin. I do have a rather large head though.

The integrated face protection has a better feel than sloppy attachments that some other brands use. A little less padding than some headgear probably explains the rating for light sparring. Knowing that my face is protected gives me extra confidence and the headgear fits perfectly.
