Q. I've tried a variety of mouthguards, and despite fitting and trimming, my gums often end up with gashes. With this guard, the gel is against my gums so they don't get cut, and because the gel forms to my teeth better than with other guards, the guard stays in quite well.

Q. This is a very sturdy and well fitting uniform!! I had one of the drawstring loops on the pants rip while grappling but other than that I'm very pleasesd with the quality and fit of this uniform!! Most heavyweight uniforms are much more expensive! I'm confident that I'll get many years of use from this!

While these pads are of adequate thickness, in reality they are pretty much useless because of how easily they tend to rotate around the calf following an impact. I had to readjust them after almost every kick. They seriously aren't worth it even for $20.

Q. This is a great mouth guard for everyone. It was extremely easy to size even if you normally wear partials. Remove them when sizing and it will fill in the space. lol I have not been hit in the mouth with it yet but I am not worried it will hold up I am sure.

Q. The main purposes of wearing hand wraps are to protect your knuckles and to keep your wrist steady during punching so you don't brake it. I got these hand wraps because when I punched my punching bag, my knuckles would get scraped on the rough bag as I punched it. When I put the hand wraps on and started using them, they met all the requirements of hand wraps I had previously stated. However the hand wraps are extremely long, and though I don't have a very big hand at all (mostly because I am 12) it took me close to 5 minutes to put them on and five more minutes rolling them back up. One of the largest factors of time I had faced was untangling the hand wraps. Other than that, these are excellent hand wraps and I would highly recommend them to any martial artist.

Q. This Gi is well made, but cut very large for the size I ordered. Also, the pants have a weird string tie arrangement instead of elastic and a cord. This makes it very bulky around the waist. I give 5 stars for workmanship and material, 3 stars for fit and waistband.
